We only keep a small amount of popcorn Flavours on display at our facility, BECAUSE we make everything to order to avoid waste and to produce the freshest product. Question: What does "By appointment only mean?"
Answer: We love people to come and visit our facility, BUT, we manufacture Popcorn and Cotton Candy all the time. When our machinery is operating, we are sometimes busy operating for several hours at a time, and the processes cannot be stop until finished. We need to know ahead of time if someone is planning on picking up or wishes to visit. Thank you for understanding. John

Answer: Yes, Herbie's has shipped their products from the Atlantic to the Pacific Coast. Shipping costs are based on Size, Weight and destination.
Question: How long is the shelf life of Cotton Candy?
Answer: Unopened in a standard plastic bag, cotton candy will last three days to three weeks. In a plastic container with a tight sealed lid, cotton candy will last five to ten weeks. Left out in open air, cotton candy will last about ten to twenty minutes. Humidity and Cotton Candy are enemies.
Question: How long in advance do you need to place an order.
Answer: We usually can have your order ready in 2-3 days. Larger orders require more time. Busier seasons the prep time is increased. We do have staff that we call in during busier times.
Question: Do you require deposits on orders?
Answer: We currently do not require deposits on orders.
Question: What happens when my order is placed?
Answer: When your order is placed, you should automatically receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. We do ask that if your order is needed on or by a certain date, please enter that information in the "Special Instructions Box" at check out. This lets us know any special information about the order.
